In spite of you having normal cycles, the ovaries could be running out of the eggs that may be available to you to conceive. We need to suspect this condition if you are unable to conceive in a reasonable frame of time (Reduced Fecundity), Inadequate response to the hormones given to you by your doctor or unexplained repeated pregnancy losses, wherein urgent attention is required and aggressive management to prop up the reduced ovarian reserve and also to bail you out of opting for donor eggs.
